  1. no, I am not doing your homework for you
  2. assuming the bath is perfectly rectangular and not curved. floor surface area of bath: 130 x 45 = 5850cm2 40 litres = 40,000cm3 40,000 / 5850 = 6.8376cm deep
  3. This belongs in the Homework Help section, but. . . 1. Start by recalling that 1 ml=1 cubic cm. You did know that, right? 2. That means you have 40,000 ml of water. (Simplest of multiplications.) 3. So how many cubic cm of water do you have? That's right, 40,000 cubic cm. 4. What is the formula for volume? Length. . .times. . .that's right, width times height! 5. Plug your given values into the formula. Go on, do it. 40000=130x45xD. 6. I hope you can figure it out from there.
