What is the best store to buy a desktop from?

All the stores have crappy return policies now. I live near Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Staples, ect. What is the best store to buy a desktop from? What's the best brand?

1. Buy an HP online for basic and reliable use for gaming go to CyberPowerPC.com or buy parts and build your own from Tigerdirect(usually the cheapest method but takes some research and time)
